Very pleased with product itself, but I ordered 3 sets and one is missing the dry-erase pen/eraser--these are for gifts!

I love these erasable place cards, but I purchased 3 sets and they are all for gifts, one box is missing the dry-erase pen/eraser and since there is a slot in the padded box for the item, so it is obvious it is missing. : ( I am upset the item came with a missing part.
