For my daughter's five year old birthday party we ordered this edible cake image. It came quickly in the mail wrapped safely in cardboard so it was in perfect condition. I could not believe how easy it was to put on top of the cake and it looked great. Everyone was very impressed and couldn't believe it was a template. Thanks for helping to make the party a huge success. I will definitely look for more of these in the future!!

I have had this on my granite countertop in the sealed bag (as specified) for a few days and today as I go to make the cake, the image is all cracked. I have never opened the bag and my house has been air conditioned. I have contacted the company and hopefully they will recitfy the issue before the birthday party on Saturday. I am calling them again later today to try and make sure we can solve this. So the product itself it not getting a good review. It says it can be left out and you can refrigerate it up to a half hour before applying, if you choose to, but just keep it in a sealed plastic bag. I did and now it is cracked - pretty much unusable :(

I didn't want to give it a 1 star review....I was trying to leave that blank since I never actually received or used the image but it wouldn't let me.Unfortunately my item was lost in the mail, the tracking number I was given was invalid. I emailed the seller for help. Amazon quickly replied back to me & confirmed package was lost and issued me a credit. I was very disappointed with the situation but was happy with the way Amazon followed through with great customer service!
